Prescription Notes in New Prescription Window

The bottom of the ‘New Prescription’ window will contain a Notes section. This section will be populated with the following information, as entered by the patient in the diem® premium care app:

• Patient Birthday
• Pick-Up Date/Time
• Special Instructions
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Patient Address

Once you fill the prescription, all of the above information will also be added as notes in the Notes tab of the prescription. Your notes tab will contain 6 notes in total – one for each item. Each note will also be flagged with the Alert and Print indicator.
